Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan, the Co-Artistic Director of the new theatre company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor as well as a board member of SSC since the year 2011. The actress also worked for the SSC as the producer, costume/set design composer/music director, and text-coach while serving as Artistic Direction. Although she usually led from within the group of actors, during her last year, she made her first appearance as a director (and Lighting Designer) with the SSC's King Lear. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. She has worked in a variety of other shows in addition to acting. The daughter of scientist Richard F. Post and his poet wife Marylee Post was raised in Walnut Creek and Stanford alongside her two siblings. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her high school of choice. She was a cheerleader. She was briefly a student at Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. Personally, Post was earlier married to Stephen Knox. In 1982, she was married to actor and writer Michael A. Ross with whom her two kids. Post is a wonderful actress, ideal mother and wife, and also an excellent role model for many Hollywood celebrities.
