Jessica Lucas began 2013 with a bit sorrow. The much-anticipated Cult program, that released on February 19th, was pulled from the schedule only a few days after. It was cancelled on April 10. The 13 remaining episodes of the show were broadcast by CW later in the year. But having a role in a show that was cancelled so early isn't a good thing. However, on the plus side, Jessica Lucas' career appeared to be expanding by leaps & bounds in the world of screen. In the film That Awkward Moment first released in the year 2014 Jessica Lucas played the lawyer and wife to American actor Michael B. Jordan. It is a problem that she has been involved in an affair, and therefore clearly holds the advantage. Being a buddy movie most of the story is centered around the trio leading me, but Lucas has her share of the screen in each scene she's involved in. As mentioned earlier, Lucas took over the screen in those brief scenes were in Paul W.S. Anderson period action-adventure film Pompeii. Shenae Grinsey, AnnaLynne McCord or Jessica Stroup quickly joined her for 4 episodes on 90210. In 2009, she was part of the cast of what became the most success reboot of the hit 1990s TV show Melrose Place playing a wholesome elementary-school teacher Riley Richmond.
